Discuss: Simplify unit test log

The test log of k8s is very small (728K) https://storage.googleapis.com/kubernetes-jenkins/pr-logs/pull/104477/pull-kubernetes-bazel-test/1429568254753378304/build-log.txt

But tidb has 141M in https://ci.pingcap.net/blue/organizations/jenkins/tidb_ghpr_check_2/detail/tidb_ghpr_check_2/28332/pipeline

I’m curious what’s the reason? Do we use debug log level for test?
