Recently, @fgksgf found an issue that some files in TiDB repos miss the license header and most of files have an incorrect license header.
He later suggest on integrating SkyWalking-eyes as license header check on CI, which is a full-featured license tool to check and fix license headers and resolve dependencies’ licenses.
Thanks to his work and the powerful SkyWalking-eyes actions, we are now trying to get the pull request does the integration and fix merge.
